Return Policy:

LOCK LACES® offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund (original shipping cost included). Please follow our Returns Procedure guidelines to return the product to our warehouse in order to receive your refund.

1) Please include documentation of your order # or original packing list with the returned merchandise, your email address and the reason for your return. Please contact us if you are unable to locate your order # or if you have any additional questions.

2) Ship your package with the returned merchandise to the below address. You are strongly encouraged to utilize a shipping service with tracking capability.

3) Once we have received the return, we will notify you by email and begin processing the return. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be put back onto the original payment method. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to be reflected on your bank statement.
