Care Instructions: Lock Laces® are machine washable so you can wash them just like you would normally wash your shoes. For particularly dirty laces, it’s recommended to use liquid laundry detergent and a small scrub brush. To dry, simply place your shoes with Lock Laces® somewhere safe to air-dry

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund (original shipping cost included). Please follow our Returns Procedure guidelines to return the product to our warehouse in order to receive your refund.

1) Please include documentation of your order # or original packing list with the returned merchandise, your email address and the reason for your return. Please contact us if you are unable to locate your order # or if you have any additional questions.
